Give me the names of some really nice wines to try. I drink all types?

Published by admin at 1:54 pm under types wines

Thanks. I’m sick of guessing and ending up buying a really crappy one.
Yes brands please

Wines are very subjective, your taste might be way different to mine, that said, I will tell you my favourites:-

Reds Australian, Wolf Blass, Green Label Shiraz, Brown Brothers..any
Penfolds Bin 27….Chilean, Cousino Macul. French Volnay "Santenots"(single vineyard) Chateau Chambert Marbuzet (St. Estephe)

Whites French, Heidsieck Monopole "Diamant Bleu" Prestige Champagne, Chateau Grenouille Premiere Crus Chablis, Australian, Seppelt`s "Great Western Brut" Italian, Pinot Grigio (there are many "brands" of this generic grape, try a few, till you find one you like better then the others)

Hope this helps

I like to go to the local vineyards and try their wines. I’m in Indiana so my wines of choice are local, but you should be able to order them from any winery. First off I love the French Lick Winery’s (French Lick, IN) Red table wine. Next on my list in the Hubler Winery’s (Starlight, IN) Raspberry Port. My last wine is Oliver Winery’s (Bloomington, IN) Honey Mead. It is great in a drink called a "Queen’s Tea" in which you take a glass of hard apple cider and add a shot or so worth of Mead to it. First drink is a little harsh but quickly you forget that you are drinking.

If I was tired of crappy wines I would find out what wineries are in my area and just take a trip.

    Enjoy.

Spend a day wine tasting. It’s really fun and you can see for yourself what people have to offer around where you live. Good luck!

Well a lot depends on what you can find locally and without really knowing where you live, or how much you can spend I can make a couple of suggestions.

Copain-really good overall distributor at price levels from $20 and up.

Audelssa-great wine, hard to find anywhere outside of northern California.

Alpha Omega-top end wine is hard to beat.

If you’re more specific with where you live and price ranges I can probably help more.
